Nello Bartolini

Nello Bartolini (born June 13, 1904 in Florence ; † March 19, 1956 there ) was an Italian obstacle and long-distance runner .

At the Olympic Games he was eliminated from the 3000 m obstacle in 1928 in Amsterdam and was tenth in Los Angeles in 1931 .

Over 5000 m he came in seventh place at the European Athletics Championships in Turin in 1934 .

Five times he was Italian champion over 3000 m obstacle (1926, 1927, 1931, 1932, 1934), twice in cross country (1931, 1932) and once over 5000 m (1930). He set his personal best over the 3000 m obstacle of 9: 23.2 minutes in 1932.
