The Nemegosenda Lake is a lake in Sudbury District in the Canadian province of Ontario .
Nemegosenda Lake is 25 km northeast of Chapleau . The lake is located at an altitude of 335 m in the area of the Canadian Shield . The Nemegosenda Lake has a length in north-south direction of 12 km and a width of 5 km. The water area is about 19 km². The maximum depth of the lake is around 90 m. The lake is traversed by the Nemegosenda River , a right tributary of the Kapuskasing River . The river flows into the lake on the east bank and leaves it on the north bank.
The Ontario Highway 101 runs at a distance of 3 km south past the lake. Nemegosenda Lake is primarily visited by fishing tourists. These reach the lake by seaplane. Mainly glass ey perch , pike and American arctic char are angled in the lake .
