Nemesis is a steel roller coaster of the Inverted Coaster type in the English amusement park Alton Towers by the manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard , which was opened on March 19, 1994.

particularities

Due to structural regulations, Nemesis had to be built in ravines below the treetops, which were specially blasted out of the rock. It is the only inverted coaster in the world to have a corkscrew immediately after the first drop , which B&M calls Flat Spin .

Trains

Nemesis has two trains with eight cars each. Four people (one row of four) can be seated in each carriage. The passengers must be at least 1.42 m tall to be allowed to ride. Shoulder straps are used as a restraint system.
