Nermin Čeliković (born November 27, 1980 in Cologne ) is a former Bosnian football player born in Germany .
Čeliković ended his professional career in 2010 due to injuries. He then completed an apprenticeship as an office clerk and worked for a player agency. Since 2015 he has been actively playing football again, as a player assistant coach at FC Leverkusen, who play in the district league, then as a player -coach at SV Deutz 05 in the Landesliga Mittelrhein. Since the 2016/17 season, he has also been the U19 coach at SV Deutz 05, with whom he made it to the U19 Middle Rhine League in 2018.
Career
Nermin "Celli" Čeliković began playing football in the youth teams of SC Fortuna Cologne up to the C-youth. From 1995 he moved to 1. FC Köln for a transfer of around 50,000 D-Marks, where he played in the B-Youth and A-Youth. He then played in the second team of 1. FC Köln II , where he was an offensive strategist in the Regionalliga Nord in the 2002/03 and 2003/04 seasons 60 times and scored 21 goals. In his first regional league season he received eight yellow cards, in his second only two. For the 2004/05 season he moved to Eintracht Braunschweig . There he was used as a midfielder. In the promotion season, which ended Braunschweig as leader of the table, he scored five goals in 30 appearances. In the 2nd division he was used 11 times in the 2005/06 season . The Braunschweiger took twelfth place. For the 2006/07 season he moved to the Regionalliga Süd for SV Wehen , where he was used twice as a midfielder in the first half series. For the second half of the season he played in the Regionalliga Nord at Kickers Emden . For the new 3rd division , coach Christoph John brought him to Wuppertaler SV Borussia , with whom he signed a two-year contract that came into force on June 1, 2008. All of his moves were free. After relegation from the 3rd league, Čeliković left the Wuppertal club and stayed fit with the 2nd team of 1. FC Köln. He ended his active career as a player as a player-coach at SV Deutz 05.
After his active professional career, he worked briefly as a player's agent with Mustafa Demir and Erhan Aydin .
