Nethergate House is a villa in the Scottish city ​​of Dundee in the council area of the same name . In 1965 the building was included in the Scottish monument lists in the highest monument category A.

It was Alexander Riddoch who, as Provost (roughly Mayor) of Dundee, had the villa built for himself. The design of the Nethergate House, built in 1790, is attributed to the Scottish architect Samuel Bell . Clydesdale Bank later used Nethergate House. The fence was designed by David Neave around 1812 .

The two-story villa is on Nethergate on the western edge of Dundee city center not far from the ensembles 136-148 Nethergate and 133-139 Nethergate .
