The Network of Presidents of the Supreme Courts of the European Union is a body composed of the Presidents of the Supreme Courts of the Member States of the European Union .

The network had its constituent meeting on March 10, 2004 at the French Court of Cassation in Paris. Its members come together to discuss topics of common interest and common concerns, and to exchange ideas and information. It is intended to provide a forum through which European institutions can obtain the opinion of the presidents of the highest courts of the European Union. The network itself has observer status at the European Law Institute .

The members of the network hold an annual colloquium and other meetings. Since 2007, the network has also operated a joint portal that makes the case law of the highest courts accessible. The network also organizes exchange visits for members of the highest courts.

The network is based in Paris at the French Court of Cassation and is financially supported by the European Union. In 2017, Priit Pikamäe , President of the Estonian State Court , succeeded Susan Denham , the current Chief Justice of Ireland , as chairman of the network.

Germany is represented by the President of the Federal Supreme Court , Austria by the President of the Supreme Court . The Presidents of the Supreme Courts of Liechtenstein , Montenegro and Norway have observer status. The Presidents of the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights take part in the network's meetings and colloquia.
