geography

Neuenstall is about two kilometers south-east of Jübar an der Hartau, which has its source here.

history

Neuenstall was first mentioned in 1745, Stall Neue bei Diesdorf. It was a shepherd's farm created by the Diesdorf Domain Office. A few years later, in 1754, Neuenstall (1804 also called Neustall) was established as a colonist village in Lüdelsen's forest district.

The historical population of Neuenstall is documented for the years 1703 to 1814 in a local family book .

From the mid-1980s, Neuenstall was run as a district of the municipality of Lüdelsen.

Since the incorporation of the municipality of Lüdelsen into the municipality of Jübar on January 1, 2010, Neuenstall is no longer managed as a district, but as a splinter settlement that belongs to the district of Lüdelsen.
