The property is located on Neuhofstrasse, which connects Hohenzollernstrasse with Eickener Strasse in the north of the Wilhelminian-style district.
architecture
There is a gable permanent, four-axle , two-storey residential house with big, almost the entire width of the front captivating Zwerchhaus . House, basement and garage access at ground level. On the mezzanine floor above the entrance to the house, there is a small bay window illuminated by three tall rectangular windows .
Mainly smooth plastered facade with only slightly offset, flat plaster frames around the high rectangular window openings. In the bay window and on the first floor, these show a continuous cornice that connects the windows . The gable of the dwelling is framed by a surrounding cornice , in the area of the cornice with a tooth cut . The only other decorative element is a wattle wreath attached in the lower third of the gable field.
