Niban-nisi Iwa (from Japanese 二 番 西 岩 'Western Number Two Rocks' ) is a headland on the Crown Prince Olav coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located on the south side of Niban Rock .
Japanese scientists mapped it using surveys and aerial photographs taken between 1957 and 1962. They named it in 1981 based on the naming of the Niban Rock.
