Nicki Doff

Alois Doff Jr. (Born June 23, 1963 in Munich ) is a former German child star . He performed under the stage name Nicki . He was also marketed as Little Nicki on record covers .

Life

As a young boy, he and his father Alois Doff senior performed at home evenings for tourists in his then home town of Anger in Upper Bavaria. Doff was established in the 1970s as the successor to Heintje . He sang and played drums at the age of ten , but could not build on Heintje's success.

Together with Lonny Kellner , Doff sang the duet When I grow up, dear Mutti in the early 1970s . On television he was a guest on the Peter Alexander Show and sketch partner of Ilja Richter in his show Disco . He also appeared in two films: In The Funny Four from the Gas Station from 1972, he was seen at the side of Uschi Glas and Michael Schanze and sang several titles. In 1973 resulting film Blue Gentian blooming he joined as assistant bata illic on, played at the drums and sang songs himself the title Yuppididuh . When his voice broke, his career was drawing to a close.
