Nickson Fong
Nickson Fong (* 1969 in Singapore ) is a Singaporean special effects artist .
Life
Fong graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with a Masters Degree . In 1998 he developed the Pose Space Deformation technique together with JP Lewis and Matt Cordner . For this they were awarded the Oscar for technical merit in 2013 . Fong was the first Oscar winner in his country.
Fong is a specialist in computer effects and has worked on two sequels to the Matrix trilogy, Matrix Reloaded and Matrix Revolutions .
