from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nicola Di Francescantonio (born October 21, 1951 in Genoa ) is an Italian film director .

Life

Di Francescantinio worked in his hometown as a cameraman for the RAI and interpreted a small role for Dino Risi . With the help of state funding under Article 28, he was able to present his debut film in the same year, 1988. Piccole stelle was unsuccessful, however.

A project in Colombia in the 1990s was not realized, so that Di Francescantonio was only shown again in the cinema in 2000. However, the science fiction film Proibito baciare , again based on its own script, met the fate of its predecessor.

A new film was planned for February 2011.
