Nicola Pecorini

Nicola Pecorini (born August 10, 1957 in Milan , Italy ) is an Italian cameraman .

Life

Nicolas began working as an assistant for the Italian photographer Oliviero Toscani in 1976 . In the early 1980s he switched to film, where he worked as a camera assistant. Together with Garrett Brown , inventor of the Steadicam , he founded the company in 1988 Steadicam Operators Association, Inc . Pecorini immigrated to the United States in 1993 and since 1997 he has worked regularly as a cameraman, including for the director Terry Gilliam , for whom he saw Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas , Tideland and The Cabinet of Dr. Parnassus turned. In 2013 they continued their cooperation with The Zero Theorem .

Pecorini is married to British actress Caroline Goodall , with whom he has two children.
