Ra.One - superhero with heart ( Ra.One ) is a Action Hindi film directed by Anubhav Sinha from 2011 with Shah Rukh Khan , Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal in the lead roles, produced by Red Chillies Entertainment , the production company of Gauri Khan.

The Indian family man Shekhar Subramaniam works in London as a game designer at Barron Industries, whose game development department can only keep itself on the market after many failed computer games with a sensational new development. Shekhar takes up the idea of his 11-year-old son to create an unbeatable villain, who also bears the name of the game Ra.One, abbreviation of Random Access Version One , and at the same time reminds of the mythical demon king Ravaan . The computer graphic artist Jenny designs it faceless, but gives the hero of the game G.One (= Good One ) the appearance of Shekhar. Your colleague and level designer Akashi is responsible for the development of the HART ( Hertz Amplifying Resonance Transmitter ), which supplies the characters with energy.
Ra.One can come to reality through the newly developed technology of the same company, which enables not only visible but also tangible holograms to be projected. The faceless villain now takes the form of Akashi and now wants to finish the game against Lucifer, Prateek's avatar and opponent from the first test game. Anyone who stands in his way is eliminated, including Akashi and ultimately Shekhar, who wanted to protect his son. His death appears to everyone as a tragic car accident, only Prateek recognizes the symbol of Ra.One at the scene of the accident and thus the real person responsible for the death of his father. He can at least convince the computer programmer Jenny of his theory and together they copy Ra.One's approach in order to materialize G.One as his equal opponent. Ultimately, G.One can protect Prateek from the super villain and destroy him with an explosion.
After losing her husband, Prateek's mother Sonia decides to return to India immediately. Her son persuades her to take G.One with her, but he causes a lot of confusion, because on the one hand he looks like Shekhar to the touch, on the other hand he still has great difficulties behaving like a human. Thinking they were safe in Mumbai, they gradually got used to Prateek's birthday party, but suddenly Ra.One, who was believed to be dead, appears in a new shape, who was able to sit down again due to the undestroyed HART and wants to have it back because of the power-ups .
Ra.One manages to manipulate Sonia's thoughts, which on his behalf imprison Prateek in a distant factory, then kidnap a train and derail it. G.One can bring the passengers to safety by decoupling the wagons, but he gains control of the locomotive too late and Mumbai's main station is destroyed in the impact, only Sonia survives in his arms. In order to save Prateek, he has to take his place in the game against Ra.One. After he has survived the first two levels, it comes to the decisive duel, where both opponents can only destroy the other with a single shot. Ra.One's trick to multiply itself tenfold can see through G.One in memory of Shekhar's warning saying that the shadow of evil will never be undone, but he too is destroyed in the process.
Half a year later, when Prateek returned to London, he succeeded in reconstructing and materializing G.One.

The soundtrack was composed by the duo Vishal-Shekhar ; Athaar Panchi, Vishal Dadlani and Rakesh Kumaar were responsible for the lyrics. For the item songs Criminal and Chammak Challo , they worked with R&B singer Akon , who sang them in English, Hindi and Tamil . The German synchronization was initiated by the Cologne film label Rapid Eye Movies on the occasion of the DVD release on June 1, 2012 . The German dubbed version ran on German television for the first time on October 27, 2012 on the pay-TV channel Passion .
