Nicola Philipp Grosman

Nicola Philipp Grosman (born November 15, 1817 in Cologne ; † September 11, 1897 there or Schöneberg) was a German lawyer and member of the Reichstag .

Grosman attended high school in Cologne and the universities of Bonn and Heidelberg . In 1842 he went to the judicial service at the regional court in Cologne , where he was appointed assessor and counsel. Until 1871 was a member of the city of Cologne poor administration and the board of directors of the association for the promotion of deaf-mute education.

From 1871 to 1877 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the center for the constituency of Cologne District 1 (Cologne City). His brother Friedrich Wilhelm Grosman was a member of the Reichstag for the constituency of Cologne 2 (Cologne-Land) from 1871 to 1877.
