Nicolas de Cock de Rameyen
Nicolas de Cock de Rameyen (born September 15, 1938 in Belgium) is a gratial and devotional Grand Cross Knight of the Order of Malta and was unanimously elected on April 3, 2011 for four years as one of six vice-presidents of Malteser International , whose first president he is up to was gone.
Life
Nicolas de Cock de Rameyen is the son of André de Cock de Rameyen (1903–1971) and Marcelle van Havre (* 1910). From this marriage there were four children. Nicolas has been married to Anne, née Morel de Westgaver (* 1939), since 1961. You have four children.
Work with the Maltese
Nicolas was President of the ECOM (Emergency Corps Order of Malta) from 1997 and the first President of Malteser International from 2005 to 2011 when the Order was founded. His successor in office is Johannes Freiherr Heereman .
Orders and decorations
- On September 15, 2008 he was awarded the MHD plaque by the then managing president of the Malteser Aid Service, Johannes Freiherr Heereman .
- On 5 November 2009, he was by the then Secretary of State in the Interior Ministry , August Hanning, the decorations Technisches Hilfswerk awarded in gold.
- On April 3, 2011 he was awarded the Grand Cross of the Pro Merito Melitensi Order of Merit by Albrecht Freiherr von Boeselager, the Grand Hospitaller of the Order of Malta .
