Nicolaus Hertil

Nicolaus "Nickel" Hertil was an incumbent Dresden councilor and mayor in the Middle Ages .

From 1364 his father Heinrich Hertil owned a fiefdom in Marsdorf . Together with his brothers Jacobus and Franczko, Nicolaus sold it in 1371 to the widow of Vicko von Donyn. From 1387 he was a member of the city council and is named in the floor register as mayor in 1397 .
