Nicole Pani

Nicole Pani (born Montandon; born October 30, 1948 in Suresnes ) is a former French sprinter .

In 1966 she was eighth in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the European Athletics Championships in Budapest and reached the semifinals over 100 m . At the European Junior Games in Odessa she won silver over 200 m .

At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, she was fifth in the 200 m and eighth in the 4-by-100-meter relay . The following year, she was fourth in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the European Championships in Athens .

In 1971, a seventh place in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the European Championships in Helsinki was followed by a silver medal over 100 m at the Mediterranean Games .

At the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1972 in Grenoble, she won silver in the 4-by-180-meter relay, and at the European Championships in Rome in 1974 she was fifth in the 4-by-100-meter relay .

In 1968 she became French champion over 200 m.

She is married to the long jumper Jack Pani .
