The 2nd meeting of Europe's best under-20s (short: U20 ) athletes had the support of the European Athletics Federation and the official name European Junior Games . They found from 24 to 25 September 1966 in the Black Sea Stadium of Odessa (then Soviet Union , now Ukraine ) instead.
