The place is located two kilometers north of Lengdorf. The Geislbach flows past the southern edge of the village and flows two kilometers southeast into the Isen .

The St. Stephanus branch church is a late Gothic hall building with a polygonal choir; the choir flank tower has an onion dome . The church was built in 1489, the baroque top of the tower dates from the end of the 17th century.
