Nieves Carrasco
Nieves Carrasco Montoya (born May 24, 1979 ) is a former Costa Rican cyclist .
In 2003, Nieves Carrasco became Costa Rican time trial champion for the first time and runner-up in road racing . By the time he ended his cycling career, he was twice national time trial champion and won a total of five stages of the Vuelta Ciclista a Costa Rica , including a team time trial .
