Nike Winter (born November 20, 1989 in Vienna ) is an Austrian soccer player .
Career
societies
Winter began her career in August 1996 at ASV Intersport Eybl Vösendorf and joined the ASK Erlaa fighting team in July 2004 .
In 2004 she began her professional career at ASK Erlaa and in November 2008 moved with Melanie Schurgast to the German Bundesliga promoted FF USV Jena , for whom she played her only professional game on June 7, 2009. In August 2009 she went to Austria to join the SK Kelag Carinthia . At the beginning of 2006 she was chosen by the Kronen Zeitung in the top 2 in the election for female footballer of the year 2010. After two years, Winter moved to FC St. Veit in July 2011 . In the summer of 2013, after the dissolution of FC St. Veit, she joined its successor club Carinthians - Soccer Women and was team captain from August 2013 .
After relegating to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2013 and being promoted again in the 2014/15 season, she moved to league competitor SK Sturm Graz in January 2016 .
In the 2015/2016 season, Winter became runner-up with SK Sturm Graz and qualified directly for the UEFA Women's Champions League .
Also in the 2016/2017 season, she and her team were runner-up in the ÖFB Women's Bundesliga .
National team
Winter has been a member of the Austrian women's national soccer team since 2006 .
Trivia
In November 2013 she sang the club anthem Die Kaiser with her teammates from the Carinthians - Soccer Women . The association uses these as running-in music and sells them on CD and MP3 .
