Nikola Grbić
Nikola Grbić ( Serbian - Cyrillic Никола Грбић ; born September 6, 1973 in Zrenjanin , Vojvodina , Yugoslavia ) (1.94 m) is a former Serbian volleyball player .
Career
He played for many years in the Yugoslav national team, after the separation in the Serbian-Montenegrin and finally in the all-Serbian national team. Nikola Grbic was a setter and was considered one of the best in the world. An interesting aspect of this rating is the fact that his older brother Vladimir Grbić was also one of the best players in the world, namely in the acceptance / external attack position.
Nikola's greatest strength was the unpredictability of his game and the precision and speed of his passes. In addition, he was considered an excellent server with a large number of variants and a very good block player.
