Gabeca Volley Monza is an Italian men's volleyball club from Monza in the province of Monza and Brianza ( Lombardy region ), which plays in the Italian Serie A.
Gabeca Volley Monza was founded in Carpenedolo in 1975 and moved to Montichiari in 1986 . Since 1987 the men have been playing in the top Italian division "Serie A1". The club had many different (sponsor) names, such as B. Eurostyle Montichiari , Gabeca Montichiari or Acqua Paradiso Montichiari . The most successful years were the early 1990s, when Gabeca finished twice first and once third in the European Cup Winners' Cup . In 2009 the company moved to Monza, where it is currently running as Acqua Paradiso Monza Brianza . In 2011/12 Monza reached the semi-finals of the European CEV Cup , in which they were eliminated against Dynamo Moscow .
