Nikolai Jakowlewitsch Dening

Nikolai Jakowlewitsch Dening ( Russian Николай Яковлевич Денинг ; German  Döning ; born July 23, 1951 in the village of Tonkoschurowka, North Kazakhstan Region , USSR ) is a Kazakh politician of German descent . Dening was mayor of the Kazakh city ​​of Rudny from April 2004 until his retirement in June 2011 . He is a member of the Nur Otan party .

Life

In 1972 Dening graduated from the Agricultural Institute in Zelinograd (now Astana), specializing in accounting for agriculture. From 1972 to 1973 he served in the Soviet Army. After that he worked as chief economist in the Kökschetau region . From 1991 to 1992 he was the first secretary of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan in a district of the Kokshetau region.

After Kazakhstan gained independence from the Soviet Union, he was chairman of the Ministry of Agriculture of Northern Kazakhstan from 1997 to 1999. Until 2004 he was mayor of Stepnogor . From April 30, 2004 to June 12, 2011 he was mayor of Rudny .
