Nikolay Georgiev

Nikolaj Georgiev (* 1966 in Bulgaria ) is a photographer and music video director.

Life

Georgiev began his career in 1989 as a photographer in the fields of music, fashion, sports and the arts. In 1998 he shifted his focus from still images to moving images and began producing music videos , commercials and image campaigns. The company Georgiew Film was founded in Hanover .

Career

Georgiev produced over 550 video and film projects. This includes albums and single productions by Peter Maffay , Mark Medlock , Dieter Bohlen , Melanie C. , Thomas Godoj , beFour and Daniel Schuhmacher see filmography.

Georgiew has been a camera operator on the Digicopter project since January 2010 in the field of feature film, image film and music video. He played a major role in the remote head. Since 2004, Nikolaj Georgiev has perfected the age-old system of Eadweard Muybridge and made it timemorph. At that time, he used 32 analog SLR cameras to create various music videos and commercials. Since 2010 Timemorph has switched to the 2nd generation in the digital sector. Georgiew implemented the opener for the RTL program “let's dance” with this system. In October 2014 he and Bettina Bergwelt (text) published the photo book “Prominent with dog and cat” at Becker Joest Volk Verlag.
