Nikolaus Stolz (born December 7, 1865 in Pleinfeld , † September 9, 1944 in Waging am See ) was a politician of the German Democratic Party (DDP).

Proud was born in 1865. He was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament from 1919 to 1920 . He was first a master decorator and then a teacher of costing at the municipal trade school in Munich . He was elected President of the South German Association of Master Painters, Deputy Chairman of the Bavarian Construction Trade Association and member of the board of the Bavarian Polytechnic Association. Stolz died at the age of 78. He was of the Catholic faith .
