Nikolaus Summerer
Nikolaus Summerer (* 1971 in Munich ) is a German cameraman .
Life
Nikolaus Summerer first studied business administration in Regensburg from 1993 . From 1995 he completed internships in the field of film technology and was a camera technician. In 2000 he studied at the University of Television and Film in Munich , and at the same time worked as a camera assistant . He has been working as a cameraman since 2004.
For Unter der Sonne he was nominated for the German Camera Prize in 2006, for his work on the thriller Who Am I - No System Is Safe he was nominated for the German Film Prize in 2015 and was awarded the Camera Prize. He has been the cameraman for the German Netflix series Dark since 2017 .
