Nina Andrycz (born November 11, 1912 in Brest , Russian Empire , † January 31, 2014 in Warsaw ) was a Polish actress and writer.

Nina Andrycz first studied history at the University of Warsaw and law at the University of Vilnius . However, she did not finish her studies, but later began studying acting at the State Institute for Theater Arts in Warsaw. Nina Andrycz was best known for her theater appearances. She played the role of Queen in the dramas Don Karlos by Friedrich Schiller and Maria Stuart by Juliusz Słowacki . In Poland she had made a name for herself as the first lady of the Polish theater .

Nina Andrycz was married to the then Polish Prime Minister and later Chairman of the State Council Józef Cyrankiewicz from 1947 to 1968 .

In 1996 a documentary was made about Nina Andrycz.
