Nina Azizi

Nina Azizi (born May 30, 1974 in Saarbrücken ) is a German actress and presenter with Iranian roots.

Nina Azizi, the daughter of Iranian parents, has a sister and two brothers. From 1993 to 1995 she studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna . From 1995 to 1997 she took part in method acting workshops with Walter Lott (lecturer at the Lee Strasberg Academy) in Cologne . Finally, she attended the Stage School of Music, Dance and Drama in Hamburg from 1997 to 2000 and graduated as a stage actress.

As early as 1989 she worked for the first time in a television production (ZDF six-part Stress in Strasbourg ). Until the early 2000s, Nina Azizi was regularly in front of the camera in TV productions. Since 1997 she has also started working as a presenter (galas and other non-media, commercial events on behalf of various companies). In the new millennium she concentrated entirely on moderation (e.g. the TV magazine Kulturspiegel for Saarland Broadcasting ). In 2010 she returned to the camera with a role in a motion picture production directed by David Cronenberg .

From 1995 to 1997 Nina Azizi was the second actress in the RTL daily soap Unter uns, the character of Antonia Schwarz.

Nina Azizi recorded the single Only with you with her fellow actors Eric Benz and Isabel Florido and took on a leading role in the stage musical Salzsaga .

From July 2013 to June 2017, Azizi, alternating with Chris Fleischhauer , moderated the live internet broadcast of the drawing of the lottery numbers 6 out of 49 on behalf of the Saarland Broadcasting Corporation .
