Nina Wengert

Nina Wengert (born August 3, 1984 in Stuttgart ) is a German oar oar.

Wengert began rowing during her school days at the Stuttgart rowing society in 1899 , and later switched to the Saarbrücken rowing club . In 2002 she finished second in the eighth place at the Junior World Championships . Four years later she won her first medal in the adult category with silver in the women's eight team . In 2007 she and Nadine Schmutzler , Kerstin Naumann and Silke Günther took second place at the World Championships in Munich with the four without a helmsman . In the 2008 Olympic season, Wengert moved back to eighth with Schmutzler and Naumann.
