The Noble M600 is a super sports car from the British car manufacturer Noble Automotive , which was introduced in 2009 as the successor to the Noble M15 . Around 10 vehicles (only to order) are produced annually.
M600 Speedster
On the Autosport International Show 2015 in Birmingham was M600 Speedster presented. It differs from the standard version in that it has a removable roof section that can be carried in the vehicle. Otherwise there are no differences to the coupé.
Technical specifications
The engine of the Noble M600 was developed by Yamaha . It has a displacement of 4.4 liters and two turbochargers connected in parallel . The maximum output is 492 kW (669 hp), the maximum torque is 820 Nm . This means that the M600 accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.0 s and reaches a top speed of 362 km / h. The engine was also used by Volvo in the first generation of the Volvo XC90 and the second generation of the Volvo S80 .
The power is transmitted to the rear axle via a manually shiftable six-speed gearbox or a sequential paddle-shift gearbox . All wheels are individually suspended on double wishbones .
A stainless steel tub with a tubular space frame forms the supporting structure. The body parts are made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic . Like all other Noble models, the sports car has no ABS or ESP. Key features are precise handling and performance without computer support.
