Nobuyoshi Tamura ( Japanese 田村 信 喜 , Tamura Nobuyoshi ; born March 2, 1933 in Osaka Prefecture , Japan ; † July 9, 2010 in Bras , France ) was a high-ranking Japanese Aikido teacher who was mainly active in France. He started martial arts training at a very young age. He joined the Aikikai Hombu Dojo around 1953 as Uchi-Deshi and soon became one of the favorite students of Ueshiba Morihei , the founder of Aikidō.

Tamura has been dedicated to spreading Aikido in France and Europe since 1964. He was the holder of the 8th Dan of the Aikikai Tokyo. In Germany, the FDAV (Free German Aikido Association) is mainly oriented towards Tamura.
