Norbert Hoffmann (clergyman, 1942)

Norbert Hoffmann (born December 20, 1942 in Dingelstädt ; † October 15, 2018 in Gladbeck ) was a Catholic priest and author .

Hoffmann trained as an industrial clerk and studied after attending the night school in Bonn and Bochum theology . In 1971 he was ordained a priest. He then worked as a youth pastor in Gelsenkirchen and Bottrop and then pastor of the St. Josef parish in Gladbeck-Rentfort , which belongs to the newly founded St. Lamberti Gladbeck-Mitte parish . He last lived in Gladbeck . His most important literary work was "Angel Without Wings", which thematizes the eventful life of the sculptor and painter Michelangelo .
