Norbert Leopoldseder (born April 19, 1949 ) is a former German soccer player . The striker was active for Arminia Bielefeld .

Career

Leopoldseder began his career at Spvg Steinhagen and moved to SV Brackwede as a teenager . In 1967 he rose to the squad of the then regional league team Arminia Bielefeld. In 1970 he rose with his team in the Bundesliga and managed to stay in the 1970/71 season. After the Bundesliga scandal was revealed , Arminia was forced to relegate to the regional league after the 1971/72 season . Leopoldseder played for Arminia for two years before he returned to his hometown club Spvg Steinhagen in 1974 and acted as a defender there . From 1975 he let his career in the second team end.

Leopoldseder played 56 Bundesliga games and scored four goals. In the Regionalliga West he was used 124 times and scored 14 goals. Today Leopoldseder works as a tax advisor in Steinhagen . Leopoldseder was also the chairman of the supervisory board of DSC Arminia Bielefeld GmbH & Co. KGaA . In addition, he sat on the supervisory board of Volksbank Bielefeld-Gütersloh until 2018 .
