Norbert Nemec

Norbert Nemec (* 1970 in Vienna ) is an Austrian historian .

After graduating from high school, Nemec studied history and German studies for teaching at the University of Vienna . In 2000 he was with Erika Weinzierl at the Institute for Contemporary History with the dissertation Archduchesses in Austria. Position from 1848–1945 as Dr. phil. PhD.

He is a lecturer in church history and a member of the Institute for Church History and Canon Law of the Philosophical-Theological College Benedict XVI. at Heiligenkreuz. Nemec published mainly on women of the House of Habsburg .
