Norbert Nemeth (politician)

Norbert Nemeth (born January 16, 1969 ) is an Austrian lawyer and politician of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ). Since November 2006 he has been the club director of the liberal parliamentary club .

Life

Norbert Nemeth completed after graduation , a study of the law , which he graduated from in 1997 as a Master. He then completed the judicial year and was head of a regional council office at the Lower Austrian regional government . In 2002 he passed the service examination for the legal administrative service and switched to the Ombudsman's Office . Since 2006 he has been in the parliamentary management of the FPÖ, club director of the liberal parliamentary club and a member of the federal electoral authority .

In March 2017 he succeeded Alois Gradauer as chairman of the Attersee district . In the 2017 National Council election , he ran on the FPÖ federal list in 17th place, but renounced the mandate he had won as a member of the National Council . In addition to Heinz-Christian Strache , Norbert Hofer , Herbert Kickl and Anneliese Kitzmüller , he was part of the main negotiating team of the FPÖ in the course of the formation of the Federal Government Short I after the 2017 National Council election. In February 2018, Nemeth became a member of the coordination group for process control of the historians' commission chaired by Wilhelm Brauneder to deal with the FPÖ past. The FPÖ sent him to the federal electoral authority for the 2019 National Council election .

Nemeth is a member of the Vienna Academic Fraternity Olympia . He published three novels under the pseudonym S. Coell .
