Alois Gradauer

Alois Gradauer (born December 14, 1942 in Kirchdorf an der Krems ) is an Austrian politician ( FPÖ ) and was a member of the Austrian National Council (2006-2013).

School and professional career

After attending elementary school in Roßleithen and secondary school in Windischgarsten , Gradauer graduated from the Linz Commercial Academy , which he graduated from in 1962 with the Matura. Gradauer then did his military service.

Alois Gradauer worked between 1963 and 1970 as an assistant to the sales director in the Ed food factory . Haas . From 1970 to 1975 he was sales manager of the Maresi food industry in Vienna. In 1975 Gradauer moved to the wholesaling company Pfeiffer in Traun , where he worked as sales manager, authorized signatory and board director in marketing. Gradauer has been in professional retirement since 2004.

Political career

Alois Gradauer began his political career in 1984 in the Kirchberg-Thening local council , of which he was a member until 2003. In addition, Gradauer was a member of the community council during this period. Gradauer has held the position of district party chairman of the FPÖ in Linz-Land since 2002 , and has also been the regional party chairman of the FPÖ Upper Austria since 2005. Gradauer is also a member of the board of directors of the Ring Freiheitlicher Wirtschaftstreibender (RFW), was a delegate in the economic parliament of the Upper Austria Chamber of Commerce until 2005 and deputy chairman of the Upper Austrian food trade until 2005.

After the National Council elections in 2006, Gradauer entered the Austrian National Council via the Upper Austria proposal and was budget spokesman for the FPÖ in the National Council during the XXIV legislature . After the National Council election in 2013 Gradauer left parliament.

Private

Alois Gradauer is married and has two children. Alois Gradauer is a member ("old man") of the Bajuvaria student association, a national, striking fraternity in Linz.
