Norbert Schiller (born September 27, 1984 ) is a German biathlete .

Norbert Schiller started biathlon at the age of eleven in the winter sports club of his home town of Eppenschlag . After initial successes, he switched to the Berchtesgadener ski school and from there to the Zoll Ski Team in Mittenwald after graduating from secondary school . During this time he was also able to achieve his first victory in the Junior European Cup (pursuit 2003 in Geilo ) and was often in the upper part of the winners' lists in the winter of 2003/04 and 2004/5, but he was only successful with the relay at Junior World Championships. It was only in the 2006/07 European Cup season that he achieved individual successes and, despite changing performances, after a total of four victories this winter, he was able to secure both the trophy of the overall winner and the trophy in the pursuit classification. These successes led to the classification in performance group 1b of the German national biathlon team. In the 2009/10 season he tries to qualify for World Cup appearances and is working towards the 2012 World Cup.
