The Nordpark in Frankfurt am Main (also Frankfurter Nordpark and Bonameser Nordpark ) is a park in the Frankfurt district of Bonames . The facility is around seven hectares .

location

The park, laid out in 1968 in the south of Bonames, is located between the Homburger Landstrasse in the southwest, the Nidda River in the south and its right arm of the Bonames in the north and east.

nature

At the parking lot on Homburger Landstrasse there are some grill troughs and adjoining sports facilities . At the oxbow lake is the natural play area with a heaped hill, seating rondels made of boulders and tree trunks in a wild meadow. Large colorful wooden steles with figures mark the entrances to the north park.

Transport links

The Bonameser Nordpark is connected to the local public transport (ÖPNV) via the Nordpark and Alt-Bonames bus stops . The RMV bus route 27 and the night bus route n4 stop there.
