Nordsjælland Håndbold is a Danish handball club from Helsinge .

The club, which was created in 2006 from the merger of Helsinge and Hillerød HK, has men's and women's teams. The club's home venues are Helsinge Hallerne (1,600 spectators) in Helsinge and FrederiksborgCentret (1,100 spectators) in Hillerød .

The first men's team plays in Denmark's highest league, the Jack & Jones Ligaen . In the 2012/13 season , Nordsjælland finished last in the final table after the championship preliminary round and was therefore relegated in terms of sport. Because Viborg HK waived its starting place for the coming season in the Jack & Jones Ligaen shortly after the end of the season, this free starting place was awarded to Nordsjælland. In the 2013/14 season , the team finished 11th and then had to compete in the qualifying round. Here Nordsjælland finished last and was relegated. After a season in the second division , the team succeeded in direct promotion. After the team started again in the 1st division in the 2016/17 season, Nordsjælland rose again to the Håndboldligaen. After three years in the Håndboldligaen, the team went into the second division.

The women's team plays in the 3rd division.
