Noriūnai is a village with 928 inhabitants (2011) in the district of Kupiškis , Panevėžys district in Lithuania . It is located on the Kupiškis - Subačius highway (KK122), on the left bank of the Lėvuo . It is the center of Noriūnai County . There is the Jonas Černius secondary school, a library, a post office (LT-40030), a medical point, the Noriūnai manor (cultural monument), the park (10 ha).
