The Norman Glacier is an 8 km long glacier on the Rymill Coast of the Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows in a south-westerly direction to George VI Sound , which it reaches immediately north of Bushell Bluff .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1976 after Shaun Michael Norman (* 1943), head of the British Antarctic Survey station on Stonington Island from 1966 to 1968.
