Norman is a small, bowl-shaped impact crater on the front of the moon in the plain of Oceanus Procellarum , northeast of Herigonius crater and south of Euclides .
The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1976 after the English navigator and scientist Robert Norman . Previously, the crater when it was Euclidus B referred.
