Norman Houston

Norman Houston (born August 21, 1887 in Dennison , Texas , † October 26, 1958 in Los Angeles County , California ) was an American screenwriter . He also appeared in a few films as an actor or director . He was best known for his scripts for numerous westerns .

Life

Norman Houston was born in Dennison on August 21, 1887 . He wrote his first screenplay for the western The Love Bandit (1924). He wrote 19 screenplays for actor Tim Holt . By 1954 he was involved in a total of 88 films. Only a few films were dubbed in German.

Houston died on October 26, 1958 in Los Angeles County , California .
