action

The 13-year-old Norman Stone lives with his parents, his approx. Two-year-old sister and his dog George in a (probably European) city. He's the only one in his family who doesn't have superpowers because he wasn't standing next to the microwave oven like everyone else in the family when it exploded during a thunderstorm and contaminated everyone. While he seems to get along with it at times, in many episodes he is rather jealous that his entire family is made up of superheroes . He also has to come to terms with normal teenage life.

Characters

Norman Stone

Norman is 13 years old and the protagonist of the series. As the only family member, he has no superpowers. He seems to have come to terms with his situation in some episodes, but is usually quite jealous. Otherwise, Norman is a typical teenager who enjoys skateboarding and playing video games. He goes to the local school with best friends Martin and Pamela, with whom he hangs out most of the time. He's a pretty bad student and otherwise rather lazy. He also has a crush on the school beauty Jenny, who does not reciprocate his feelings and even takes advantage of him. His biggest adversary is the school bully Slick, who loves to bully him.

Norman also has super powers in two episodes. In one episode he is placed in the body of his dog George (wonder dog) and in the other he too receives the superpowers of his family through another explosion of the microwave. But he always sticks to his friends and easily gets into trouble from which his superhero family helps him out. But he helps his family when they no longer know what to do.

Irwin Stone (Powerlord)

Irwin is Norman's father and also the superhero powerlord. He is the head of the family and leads the actions of the 'power family'. He works as an accountant and constantly has to listen to something from his boss because as a superhero he always has to leave work. He is quite overweight and bald. Although he doesn't wear a mask, it seems that anyone who knows him never recognizes him when he's on the road as a superhero. He can fly, has heat vision and is super powerful. With Norman he gets along sometimes more, sometimes less. But basically he stands behind his son and helps him as best he can.

Edit Stone (Lady Fantastic)

Edit is Norman's mother and Irwin's wife. As a superhero she is called Lady Fantastic. She is a housewife and also freelance beautician. She can also fly, is super powerful and has telekinetic abilities that she mostly uses around the house. She also masters an ice jet, which seems to be her main skill. She loves Norman very much, but is quite strict. She is very good friends with neighbor Heidi, who keeps falling in, sometimes too surprisingly.

Susi Stone (Baby IQ)

Susi is Norman's 2-year-old sister, her nickname is Baby IQ. She is highly intelligent, but does not seem to have any other superpowers. Despite her high intelligence, she still seems to have the maturity of a two-year-old toddler, so she often calls for her mommy. She loves teasing Norman and playing tricks on him, most of which have to do with the fact that Norman is not as intelligent as she is. She has a scientific commentary on absolutely every one of Norman's problems.

Grandfather (Master Mighty)

His first name remains anonymous. He is the grandfather of Norman and Susi and the father of Irwin. He is the oldest of all, likes to hold back in superhero actions or is only called when it is absolutely necessary. It can also fly, is strong and has a special ' hearing aid ' that can shoot laser beams . Because of his old age, he doesn't like to go on heroic deeds, but prefers to fish on his boat, which is moored in the city's harbor.

George (George the Wonder Dog)

George is the Stones' 'pet' and also has super powers. He can also speak. He ran into the kitchen just before the microwave exploded and Norman followed him, watching his family become superheroes. George helps Norman in many situations, but sometimes gets things wrong. In one episode it becomes clear that he can also be terribly overemotional . Otherwise, George likes to hang out the cool macho who likes to be the center of attention.

Pamela Green

Pamela is Norman's best friend and also has a crush on him, which Norman sometimes disgusts. She helps him out of dangerous situations as best she can. She doesn't know the secrets of Norman's family and is therefore often amazed when she sees George the dog playing basketball, for example.

Martin Bloomer

Martin is Norman and Pamela's best friend. He's overweight and pretty hungry. He also helps Norman wherever he can, but sometimes even gets into difficult situations as a result. Martin always tends to have a crush on girls and to embarrass himself with them. He doesn't know the secret of the Stones either.

Jenny

Jenny is the most popular girl in the school. Norman has a crush on her, but she doesn't reciprocate. She is also solitary and arrogant. She only talks to Norman if she can take advantage of it or to be the center of attention. She is very fascinated by Lady Fantastic. She doesn't know that she is Norman's mother.

Slick

Slick is Norman's greatest enemy. He loves to bully others, especially Norman. He seems very inconsiderate and uncontrollable, but in some (dangerous) situations he is rather subdued and cowardly.

Ten times wise

Ten times wise is a city super villain and one of the enemies of Norman's family. He is small and usually has rather crazy ideas. He lives with his henchman Leo in the immediate vicinity of the Stones' house.

The Strahlemanns

The Strahlemanns are a villain couple with an extreme penchant for kitsch and cleanliness. You live in a clichéd and kitschy house. Most of their rogue plans have to do with cleanliness, cleaning, or the outdoors.

Dr. Tough

Dr. Taff is a mad scientist. In the first season he lives in a warehouse in the port, in the second in his own space station. He is obsessed with taking revenge on humanity for teasing him so much. In flashbacks it becomes clear that he was bullied.

He wants to destroy the power family.

Miss Kaboom

Miss Kaboom is a crazy, little girl dressed, villain who prefers to wreak havoc out of boredom. In fact, she is a world famous zillionaire. She lives in a private jet that has transmorphosis. She is quick-tempered and loves noise and destruction.
