Northolt is an overground station of the London Underground in the London Borough of Ealing . It is in the Travelcard tariff zone 5 on Mandeville Road. In 2013, 4.61 million passengers used the station served by the Central Line . It has a central platform. Tracks of a railway line run parallel to the underground tracks; Trains from Chiltern Railways run on these , which do not stop here due to the lack of a second platform.

In 1903 the Great Western Railway (GWR) and the Great Central Railway jointly built the New North Main Line (NNML). In 1907 the GWR opened the Northolt stop. As part of the New Works Program of the London Passenger Transport Board , decided in 1935, an additional double lane was laid along the NNML after the end of the Second World War to enable the underground service between North Acton and West Ruislip . The Central Line ran the route from November 21, 1948, while the railroad passenger traffic was set.
