Noshad Alamian (born November 21, 1991 in Babol , Māzandarān ) is an Iranian table tennis professional . He took part in the Olympic Games in 2012 and 2016 .

Career

Alamian took part in numerous international tournaments for his country Iran. As a youth player, he won the Doha Junior Open in 2009. In 2012 and 2013 he finished 4th in the Asian Cup . He was also successful at the Asian Cups in China : in 2010 he came 11th and in 2011 he came 6th. In 2013 he was nominated for the individual competition of the World Championships in Paris. Here, however, he failed in the round of the best 32 athletes. The second World Cup participation followed in 2015, but there too he had to admit defeat to the Chinese Ma Long in round 1 .
