Nima Alamian (born December 24, 1992 in Babol , Manzandaran ) is an Iranian table tennis player . With his brother Noshad Alamian , he regularly appears in doubles at World Tour tournaments and world championships . He is right-handed and uses the shakehand stick position.

Career

Alamian participated in numerous tournaments for Iran. In 2016 he took part in the Olympic Games , among other things , where he failed in the second round in the individual against the Romanian Ovidiu Ionescu . At the Czech Open 2015 he lost to Quadri Aruna in the first round . At the Belgium Open he showed with strong performances that he is one of the best players. Here he reached the last sixteen. At the 2013 World Cup he took part with his brother Noshad Alamian . Here they came to the third round. In Iran, Alamian is one of the best players. In 2019 he plays with the Ping Pong Club Villeneuvois in the Champions League .
