The Nunatak Shpil ' ( English transcription from Russian Нунатаки Шпиль Nunatak Schpil , German ' Tower Nunatak ' ) is a Nunatak in the East Antarctic Mac-Robertson Land . In the Framnes Mountains it rises to the south of the Sørtindane at the southern end of the David Range .
Russian scientists named him descriptively.
